Cost and Fees
While our admission services are provided free of charge, there are a few standard costs to consider:
Startup Costs
The primary startup cost includes notary fees for incorporating a company (NV or VBA), paid directly to the notary. Estimated cost: Afl. 3,000 (approx. USD 1,700)

Freezone Facility Charge (FFC)
Once admitted, Free Zone companies are required to pay a monthly Freezone Facility Charge, calculated at 1% of net turnover from the previous month.
The FFC contributes to:
- Security and maintenance
- Marketing and promotion
- Infrastructure development
- General Free Zone improvements
