‘Coach Bengo’ is the invited keynote speaker by Free Zone Aruba for the Aruba Small Business Week 2012

Free Zone Aruba is proud to present Mr. Hilary Bengochea (Coach Bengo) for the kickoff event of Small Business Week 2012.
H. J. Bengochea is a Business Coach and has consulted and conducted workshops across the Caribbean for companies such as FedEx, the Neal & Massy Group, Accelor Mittal Steel, Angostura Ltd., S. M. Jaleel & Co. Ltd. and Caribbean Money Market Brokers. He is a preferred facilitator and senior consultant with the Trinidad & Tobago Business Development Company.
He has over twenty five years experience in Marketing, having worked with blue chip companies across the Caribbean. He was V.P. International Marketing with S. M. Jaleel & Co. Ltd., where he was responsible for introducing their brands across the Caribbean and parts of Central and South America, Marketing Director of Carib Brewery where he introduced their Carib beer brand into Greece and Canada, Caricom Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola, Sales Manager at Johnson & Johnson and Executive Director & CEO of the Export Centers of Trinidad & Tobago.
CoachBengo, as he has branded himself, holds a B.Sc. and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies. He is a part-time lecturer at the University’s undergraduate program in International Marketing Management and also lectures at the University’s Business School (Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business) in the International Masters of Business Administration and the Masters in Marketing programs.
He co-owns and operates small businesses:
I) An education productions company, Sandee Communications Ltd. which develops and conducts programs such as Flavorite’s Peppy National Spelling Bee and Flow’s i Learn program conducted across the Nation’s primary and secondary schools &
II) The Customer Service Academy of Trinidad & Tobago which works with companies such as the Neal & Massy Group of Companies to develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Service Management program
III) A Business Coaching and consulting business under the brand name ‘CoachBengo’
IV) and is in the process of developing a Family Business Development Center.
Coach Bengo is one of the keynote speakers invited by Free Zone Aruba and he will share his knowledge and expertise during the inauguration event of Small Business Week, which will take place on November 12th starting from 08:00AM at Renaissance Convention Center, Aruba.
