Welcome to the new website of Free Zone Aruba. After many long months of hard work and collaboration with our site developer Expandeer, we finally have a new-look website that we think users will find easier to browse, offers more guidance and resources, and contains lots of exciting new features.
The journey we took in reaching this milestone wasn’t easy, however it was necessary. In a time in which traditional advertising methods are becoming outdated, information to support decision-making needs to be delivered in a swift and comprehensive manner (both online and offline) and social media platforms are revolutionizing how B2C and B2B interact with each, it is vital for a company like FZA to reinvent its marketing concepts, enforce its online presence and enhance its existing vital information delivery tools and channels (like our website) in order to service our target audience in an optimal manner.
Our main objectives as a company are to promote the Aruban free zone, attract foreign investment and manage and develop the free zone properties and facilities. What we sell is a unique and multifaceted ‘product’ and we understand how that needs to be translated to our clients. Furthermore, we acknowledge that attracting international capital to invest in a foreign island is not a decision an investor makes in a split second. Therefore we know it is vital to provide the right information in the most effective manner to assist potential clients in their decision making process. FZA is one of the best examples in the offering of value proposition through a one-stop-shop model in Aruba and our aim is to constantly improve that process by applying the latest in communication technology and channels.
For the renewal process of our website we hired an intern to perform an extensive research among foreign and local potential free zone clients. Through the inquiry we managed to collect interesting information about which information is relevant for decision making, where and how information is collected and what roles do websites and social media platforms play in the information-gathering process. All the knowledge acquired through the research has been included in the website.
So what’s new in the website. First of all we decided to go for a refreshing new look. The site is very interactive and it can be browsed in different ways. All the sections have been rewritten and the content has been reorganized and made easily accessible. Furthermore we built a couple of great resource pages with lots of downloadable documents and files. One of the new features on the website is our blog, which is available under latest business thinking. In this section we will provide news about the specific topics relevant to our company, but also we will use it as an outreach to our clients, potential clients and anyone interested in the fascinating area of international business.
We would like to emphasize that our new marketing approach isn’t just about us talking to you. We want to hear your thoughts on the issues that we discuss in the blog, your suggestions for topics that we should cover here, or updates on anything you are doing in support of the free zone and/or export industry.
We believe that building our brand image, attracting and retaining customers, inspiring referrals and enhancing relationships are keys to business development nowadays, and our new marketing approach has been built around these guiding principles.
We hope that you find our new website helpful and informative, and we really look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Last but not least we would like to acknowledge the great effort of the whole FZA team, our intern Anika Stevens for her great input and also our site developer and consultant Expandeer, who really went the extra mile in helping us build a magnificent and resourceful website.
